Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time will automatically receive a non-refundable charge of 50% of the session cost. Notification of cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled meeting time will automatically receive a non-refundable charge of 100% of the session cost. Initial Consultations are an exception to this cancellation policy. Please contact Erin immediately to notify her of any changes to your schedule to avoid any unwanted charges to your account.
